Terms and Conditions – By signing up to participate in the Men’s Foundation’s campaigns, which includes, but is not limited to Go Commando and/or Men of Zero Harm, you agree to the following; To become part of the community of the Men’s Foundation by participating in the through creating awareness and donating towards the Men’s Foundation’s programme development. To receive regular updates and information pertaining to the campaign and supporting causes as directed by the Men’s Foundation. The Men’s Foundation provides the assurance to not spam or communicate information unless relevant to the campaigns and information surrounding the topic of men’s health, including but not limited to, health (prostate and testicular cancers, mental health (depression/suicide prevention), Gender Based Violence prevention and supporting social issues impacting on the social wellbeing of men. Rewards and Prizing Entrants must be registered to the South African Men’s Foundation GoCommando campaign 2021 by signing up on www.mensfoundation.org.za. The official closing date is the evening of the 9th December 2021 at 23:59.59. The 10th December 2021 is the draw date for the competition and winners will notified shortly thereafter. If winners cannot be contacted or do not respond to contact attempts. If the prize is not claimed by December 12, 2021, the prize will be forfeited. The Men’s Foundation reserves the right to forward entrants’ details to competition partners subject to the POPIA and Privacy Policy of the Men’s Foundation. The judges’ decision is final and the winner is determined through random selection by Men’s Foundation Competition prizes are not transferable or refundable and no cash alternatives are allowed. Employees of The Men’s Foundation and participating/associated companies and promotional agencies may not enter the competition. By participating in the GoCommando campaign and donating to qualify for the prizing and rewards, you agree to receive correspondence from The Men’s Foundation and affiliated competition sponsors. Vouchers are not transferable for cash, and should be used within the stipulated timeframe. Men’s Foundation reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Men’s Foundation reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary Men’s Foundation reserves the right to cancel the competition. All entries become the property of the Men’s Foundation. All information contained in the entries and details of the winner will be held in accordance with the Men’s Foundation Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting www.mensfoundation.org.za. Men’s Foundation does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a donation being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the donation is recorded on the Men’s Foundation system and the time shown on your donation receipt. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit all online donations in good time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off. Please also ensure that any offline donations (such as cash or checks) have been submitted to Men’s Foundation in good time to be processed and included in your donation total.
